Set up new account before renewal

I thought I received an email that said I needed to set up a new Intuit account before my Proadvisor account renews, but now I can't find that email.  Is there something I need to do?

Set up new account before renewal

I'm here to assist you in the right direction for support regarding renewing your ProAdvisor account.

 

To begin, let's go through your email by using the Search function and checking the different email folders. It's possible that the email may be in the junk, spam, or deleted folders. If you can't find the email, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to resend the email and give you real-time assistance in renewing your ProAdvisor account.

 

Here's how to reach us:

 

  1. On the top menu, go to Help.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then press Continue.
  5. Sign in to your Intuit account. Then, enter your code and click Continue.
  6. Choose to either chat with us or Have us call you.
