Should a $21.80 subscription payment still be active after I've closed my accounts?

My accounts are closed, but I'm still getting payments that withdraw from my bank account.

If you're on a computer browser, refer to these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click on Contact Us
  3. Select Ask QB Assistant.
  4. Enter Talk to a human, then select Continue.
  5. Select Have us call you or Chat with us.

 

If you’re using the QBSE app, here's how:

 

  1. Tap the + button. 
  2. Select the Ask QB Assistant.
  3. Enter Talk to a human, then select Continue.
  4. Choose Have us call you or Chat with us.
