Let's do some troubleshooting steps to show the other columns on the report. We can start by opening your QuickBooks Online account in an incognito or private browser. This browser mode will not store cache, so we can check if the column will be displayed.
Next, run the report and choose the date. If the 10/01/2019 column shows up, our final step is to open your regular browser and clear the cache. Here's an article for the instructions: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?
Alternatively, try using a different browser.

- Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
