I will continue to post daily until this problem is fixed.  I am looking into other payroll services as four weeks without the ability to access our data is unacceptable.

Still no solution.

Since the investigation is still ongoing, I would recommend reaching out to them again. They have full access to your account and can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this.
