There is no "SIGN OUT" option in tolls How do you log out?

I'm here to ensure you'll be able to log out, accounting515.

With the recent program enhancements, our product engineers made changes to the Sign Out location. You will now see the Sign out option beside the Gear icon at the top right section of your account.

I've included a screenshot below for reference:

All our program features and enhancements are launched and created with you in mind. If you want to keep track of what's new and hot with QuickBooks Online, please visit this article: QuickBooks New Features and Innovations.

I'm still here if you have other questions with regards to logging out of your company file. I'll respond as soon as possible. Keep safe.

Let me point you in the right direction on how to find the Sign out button, userjohn.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can log out by clicking your profile photo or avatar beside the Gear icon. From there, tap the Sign out button to close the company. SO.png

If you're unable to see the option or part of the program is cut off, let's hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and the minus (-) key repeatedly to zoom out and make the page smaller.

Also, there are times when the browser is already full of frequently accessed websites causing some odd responses. Let's open your QuickBooks in private browsing or incognito mode.

These browser sessions do not maintain local files or cache, eliminating the possibility of a webpage issue.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Press Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Press Control Option (Safari).
  •  Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

Once logged in, head to the profile button at the top right and check if you can see the Sign out button.

If everything looks good, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. Otherwise, use other supported browsers.

You can also change the computer's display settings to show all pages properly. Check this article for detailed instructions: Unable to see the entire page in QuickBooks Online. It outlines the steps on how to accomplish this task in each operating system.

We've collated resources that contain topics about cash flow management, inventory, payroll, and other accounting-related activities. Simply choose the article that addresses your concern.

Fill me in if you need further assistance navigating the online program or other product concerns. I'm always ready to respond to them.
