I'm in the same boat. Have spent 10 minutes just entering my account user id and password and keeps wanting me to create a new account. So extremely frustrating. When is Intuit going to appreciate our time and make things easier? Now I have to wait until their overseas customer service opens so I can spend more time listening to the very kind people that work in those centers go through the niceties Intuit requires them to go through before someone can just connect me to my account. Rant over - now just need help
