Thank you for posting here in the Community. I can help you get the support you need to cancel the QuickBooks payroll subscription.
Currently, the option to contact support using the contact number is no longer available. I know that you need to speak with someone and assist you regarding your concern. Aside from this forum, you can reach our support team by requesting a callback.
Our Customer Support Team for Basic and Enhanced is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday). For Assisted Payroll, any time, any day. See the steps to get a hold of a specialist:
- Open QuickBooks Desktop.
- Click the Help tab at the top menu bar.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Enter your concern, then hit Continue.
- Choose Get a callback.
