Update billing

When I login into my account its saying I need to update my card. My card was updated and the monthly payment went through I have never missed a payment but yet I cant login still

The last thing I want is for you to pay your monthly subscription twice. With that being said, allow me to help you ensure that your account is active.

 

Let's go ahead and isolate this issue by performing the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N
  • If you’re able to able to access your account without being prompted to update your billing information, you may want to clear the cache of your regular web browsers.
  • You can also use the Browser Health Checkup Tool to check any issues with your browser’s health and its compatibility with QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If the issue persists, I’d recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. An agent will be able to review your billing history on a secured environment and dig deeper on the root cause of the error prompt.

We want to investigate more on why you can't update the billing information. You can reach out to our Customer Care Support by following the steps below. Note: Please make sure to check our support hours

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed. You can click the Assistant option or click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click the Continue button.
  4. Select Start a chat or Get a callback.

It will take a few steps, Dean Annigoni. Let me guide you with updating your billing info.

 

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Click the Gear or Profile icon.
  3. Select Billing info.
  4. Click Edit in the Payment Information section.
  5. Update the payment method.
