We cannot connect to our Paypal log in, it says Paypal (retired), we recently changed the our log in info in Paypal. How are we going to reconnect them?

I'll help you how to connect your PayPal account successfully to the best of my ability, Blairindustri.

Sometimes, the connection between PayPal and QuickBooks can become outdated or interrupted. Reconnecting can refresh the link and restore proper functionality. I'd suggest disconnecting and reconnecting your PayPal account to restart the connection process and reenter your updated login credentials.

Here's how to disconnect:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, and then select Banking.
  2. Choose the Edit (pencil) icon on the PayPal Bank account.
  3. Pick Edit Settings.
  4. Then, disconnect.

Next, reconnect your app to resolve these issues by reestablishing a clean connection.

  1. Go to Apps, then select Find Apps.
  2. Look for Connect to PayPal.
  3. Select Get app now.
  4. Mark the box for the appropriate file, then select Install.
  5. Select Let's do it.

Furthermore, check out this article to learn more about using the Connect to PayPal app in QBO.
