I'd suggest disconnecting and reconnecting your PayPal account to restart the connection process.
Here's how to disconnect:
- Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, and then select Banking.
- Choose the Edit (pencil) icon on the PayPal Bank account.
- Pick Edit Settings.
- Then, disconnect and reconnect it again.
