Support is not able to understand my request to obtain SOC2 report. What is the way forward to obtain it??

Hi there, I'm wondering if there is a bridge report to summarize that the SOC report from April of 2022 is still in effect going forward (specifically I'm looking for the period of April 2022 - December of 2022). Could you please advise if such a report is available?

I've got the information you need to download Service Organization Controls (SOC) reports.

Please know that the SOC2 report can be downloaded through this website: Intuit® Compliance.

On the other hand, you might want to review this material if you have to download your business data from the software: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.

The SOC in the link is only until April 30, 2023. I need something until December 31, 2023

Can Intuit provide a certificate for the Desktop version of the software?  The compliance section lists reports for online versions, but I don't see the Desktop version listed.  Here are the certificate reports available from the link:

I appreciate you responding to my question.  Following your advice, I contacted the Customer Care Team but the person I spoke with was unable to answer my question.  I'll try again here. 

Does an SOC II report exist for Quickbooks Desktop version?  

Intuit publishes reports on the Intuit Compliance Portal.  Since I don't see an option specifically for Quickbooks Desktop, I'm not whether to conclude that an SOC2 report does not exist for Quickbooks Desktop, or whether there's something else I need to do to obtain a copy.

At present, the SOC II reports are only accessible solely on the version indicated on the Intuit Compliance web page that you can download.
