I can share some troubleshooting steps that can help get rid of that email company.
There are times that unusual behaviors like this occur because of the accumulated cache and cookies. To rule in/out your browser as the culprit of the issue, you can try accessing your QuickBooks account in a private or incognito window. Check out the shortcut keys I've listed below:
If the email company is now gone, you'll have to go back to your normal browser and then clear its cache and cookies to start over fresh. You can also switch to other supported browsers to further isolate the issue.
