From what I'm getting, this is about your employee's password.
When you enabled the Workforce in QuickBooks and invited your employees, they will create their Workforce account to view their stubs. If they forgot their password, they can just click on I forgot my User ID and Password. Or, they can get in touch with our Workforce Support. They are available from Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT.
