If QuickBooks isn't opening, I'd recommend initially checking your web browser. Browsers store temporary internet files that can sometimes cause issues with certain webpages.
Here's how to troubleshoot a browser:
- Try using a private or incognito browser.
- Restart your browser.
- Clear your browser's cache.
- Add Intuit as a trusted site.
With each step, see if you notice any differences while trying to access your books.
If QuickBooks still won't open, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
