Why is QBO asking for VAT number and billing us in EURO instead of EIN and USD billing? We're a US Inc, it seems like QBO is giving us a European edition.

You were purchasing QBO EU version for sure. Cancel it and open a new QBO US account instead.

Please check out our pricing and subscription levels for QuickBooks Online to know the different prices and features.

However, if you already created the account using Euro, I'd suggest canceling the account. Please refer to this article: Cancel your QBO subscription.

You can always check your billing history in your account to check your subscription. Just go to the Gear icon and click the Account and Settings tab.  Then Billing and Subscription and hit View Payment History. For more details, check out this article: View your QuickBooks Online payment history
