I can share updates about the integration of DocuSign in QuickBooks and how we can fix the issue.

 

The integration between QuickBooks Online Advanced and DocuSign eSignature Connector is still available. You can still have your customers sign your estimates digitally using DocuSign eSignature in QuickBooks.

 

Additionally, since you don't have the option to send with DocuSign, I suggest contacting their support team to check if they have any ongoing system maintenance or updates. You can connect with them by visiting their corresponding page or in the app in our QuickBooks Online App Store. Then, go to the Contact information area.

I can't find the DocuSign app in Quickbooks Online Advanced at all. I have the subscription, why is the app missing?

Please know that the DocuSign eSignature Connector app is currently undergoing improvements. To ensure a seamless experience, we've temporarily paused its availability. We appreciate your understanding and patience as our team works to bring you even better functionality.

 

In the meantime, you can consider searching for another third-party app by going to the apps.intuit.website or navigating the Apps menu in your QuickBooks account. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Apps menu on the left pane.
  2. Select the Find Apps tab, then type a keyword in the search bar like E-signature.
  3. Click the magnifying glass and then choose the app that suits your needs.

 

Additionally, you can capture signatures using the QuickBooks Online mobile application. It allows you to add signatures manually through your phone using a digital pen or finger.
