It may be you had promotional discounts before that have expired already, and you're now being billed the regular subscription price.
Although, I'd suggest reaching out to our customer care support. This way, we can verify the subscription fee. Here's how:
- Click Assistant.
- Enter "I need a human" in the field twice.
- Click I still need a human.
- Select either Message an agent or Get a callback.
