I'd like to show you the way how we can resolve the issue while creating a bill in QuickBooks Online.
If you're unable to open your account using a regular browser, we can try to use the private windows suggested by Fiat above. Refer to these shortcuts keys:
Furthermore, we can go back to your previous browser and clear the cache. You can also complete this task using a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Internet Explorer.

In addition, you can see a quick overview of your business in financial reports. Numerous reports exist that provide information about various facets of your business.
