Since you've tried all the troubleshooting listed above, I recommend trying to log in to accounts.intuit.com to see if you have any account access. This will tell you if your user name is still active within QuickBooks. If you can't log in to this web page, you'll want to get in contact with our QuickBooks Online Support team. They can use your information to find your account and view the status of your user name. You can also file a claim through them to gain master admin access again.

Hi, I need assistance. I have been locked out of the account and I am the Administrator. Tsheets asked me to change my password as they merged with QBO and Intuit and once that was completed, I was completely locked out of the account. This is still an issue that they do not seem to know how to solve or stop from happening. I am the primary and only user on my account and my account is now disabled and I'm supposed to contact my admin, which is me, and Im locked out...I did all of their steps, which did not solve the issue. So they had me send a pic of my license and my articles of incorporation to prove who I am...even though Ive been the admin on my account for the last 15 years. They obviously have no idea what is causing this issue, which looks like its been happening for over 2 years now. It's been over 24 hours and I still do not have access to my account. I'll update if there's an actual fix.
