Welcome to the Community, colrew1000.

We'd love to help you achieve your goal, but I need more information to help me get on the same page.

Could you tell me more about it? What specific issue have you encountered with accessing your account? This way, I can provide you with an accurate resolution.

I appreciate any details you can provide. I'm looking forward to your reply. Have a great rest of the day.

When I enter my access codes password a pop up comes that my account does not have access to my phone app when it’s the only way I use it on my phone e app and now it won’t let me access my account at all to run my business

Hello there Colrew. Thanks for coming back here. It's our priority to ensure you can access your account on your business device again.

Yes, we can only access your QuickBooks Self-Employed account one at a time. I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account using the web browser. Doing this allows you to see if it has something to do with the app.

Since you mentioned that after you enter the access code password, it’s most likely because you’ve generated multiple codes and aren’t using the most recent one.

Try these tips to verify your account:

  • If your code doesn’t work, request another code by selecting I didn’t get an email or I didn’t get a text message.
  • Delete any previous codes we sent you to make sure you use the most recent code.
  • Keep the window with the code entry form open. Closing the window invalidates your code, meaning you’ll need to start over from the sign-in page to generate a new code.
  • Check your email in a new tab or window, so you can keep the verification code page open at the same time.

For more info, check out this article: Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in.

If it's showing up, I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app to start a clean slate. Doing this helps refresh the application and load your data on your business device.

For Android devices, you can access the QuickBooks Self-Employed: Mileage Tracker and Taxes via the Google Play Store.

For iOS devices, you can download the QuickBooks Self-Employed Mileage and Expense Tracker via the App Store.

If you're still unable to log in, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Support team so they can further investigate.

Here's how:

  1. Click Help at the top.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the Ask a Question box.
  4. Press on Continue.
  5. Choose your preferred support method to reach us.
