Unlinking your bank accounts in QuickBooks is just a few clicks away. I can walk you through the steps to ensure your success.
Here's how to do it:
- Go to the Banking menu.
- Click the pencil icon, and then choose Edit account info.
- Tick the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
- Click Save and Close.
Once done, QuickBooks deletes all entries in the For Review tab. After that, you can begin entering your transactions manually.

Also, you can delete the accounts you no longer use. This way, you can add the ones that you want.
