After linking the bank account, no transactions appear. Please advise, thank you.

I'd like to help you download the transactions, acfi-donation.

 

We can do the manual update to get the transactions from your bank. Before doing so, please make sure to log in to your bank's website and check if there is no maintenance. This might be the reason why transactions were not downloaded in QuickBooks.

 

Then, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Banking on the left panel.
  2. Click the Update button.

If the transactions are not downloading, you'll want to import them manually. You can use the Web Connect or CSV file format. I've got these articles for the instructions:
