Join nowI am not able to connect my Amex card with QBO. Getting an error of 591. I have tried everything on both end, but can not figure out anything
Hi, @nihit.
I appreciate you for reaching out to us here on the Community forum. I'm here to inform you that we have an ongoing investigation about American Express Corporate or Personal Credit Card (US), Online Banking Error 591. While the case is still open and our engineers are working for a resolution on the issue, it's my priority to keep you going on your bank transactions.
For the time being, you can manually upload your bank transactions through a web connect process.
I'm adding these links as your detailed guides:
Once the transactions are available to QuickBooks, here's how you can categorize and match them to your existing entries.
On the other hand, I also recommend reaching out to our Support Team. This way, a representative can add your account to the list of affected users in this investigation (INV-57906). Once added, you'll automatically receive email notifications of the latest updates.
If you have any other QuickBooks or banking concerns, please feel free to leave a comment below. I'm more than happy to provide additional help. Cheers for more success!
