Are the recurring transactions with reminders no longer disappearing from the reminder list after they are used?

This issue has existed since mid-2023...it's 2025 now and still happening!  What does it take for Quickbooks to actually fix an issue?  They have acknowledged that it's an issue enough to open at least 2 "investigations" that they've referenced (INV-91805 & INV-97602), both of which they say have been "solved" but have provided no information on how or what was done.  The last response from them at least appearing to try to help was from January last year.  Every response they've given since that just seems to be trying to gaslight us into thinking they've fixed the issue or that clearing our cache will fix it if we're still experiencing it.  Spoiler Alert...it doesn't help.  They may have marked it as solved, but seeing repeated reports of it occurring means they either need to re-open one of them or open a new one.  QUICKBOOKS TEAM, PLEASE DO SOMETHING USEFUL!

Also, my comment earlier today was supposed to be a direct response to @MLCBookkeeper's comment near the beginning of page 1 of this thread but it looks like it didn't post properly in line.  I guess the app isn't the only thing they're unable to keep working properly.

Are the recurring transactions with reminders no longer disappearing from the reminder list after they are used?

I have had this thread bookmarked for a year, and whenever the lack of resolution on this issue triggers my frustration to boil over into rage, I come and take a look catch up on our shared grief. I'm now officially joining the conversation to contribute my two cents... the truly maddening aspect for me is that all of my clients are in the U.S. and have this issue in their books, however I do have one client whose QBO subscription is out of Singapore. On the surface, there's no significant difference between the two versions of the platform besides the fact that the account subscription levels are structured and named differently, but a key aspect that has been impossible for me to miss is the fact that those books NEVER ONCE lost this functionality over the last 14 months.

At first I thought I was going crazy and tried to figure out what could be so different about the cache or cookies on that particular Chrome browser profile I use for that client, but eventually, like most in this thread, I realized I was just being gaslighted by support to hide the fact that Intuit programming is simply not interested in fixing this issue for their power users. Just today, the fact that I was able to speed through my month-end close reminders in those Singapore books and experience the profound sense of satisfaction that comes from using a fully functional UI was the thing that dragged me right back to this thread to once again check for any hope whatsoever.

My message to Intuit Support is: YOU DIDN'T BREAK IT IN SINGAPORE, SO MODEL THE FIX ON WHATEVER IS STILL MAKING IT WORK THERE.

PLEASE.
