As I was trying to deposit a check into my Quickbooks checking, The mobile app shows that my account is ineligible for mobile deposit. Why? How can I get this fixed?

As I was trying to deposit a check into my Quickbooks checking, The mobile app shows that my account is ineligible for mobile deposit. Why? How can I get this fixed?

Using the Mobile check deposit feature is essential to deposit your checks remotely, tytistdean. I'm here to share the reason why it's not available on your end.

 

The feature is subject to eligibility criteria. It isn't available to all QuickBooks Checking or QuickBooks Money users.

 

Some of the criteria required to utilize this functionality are your QuickBooks Checking or Money by QuickBooks account must be active and in good standing. Once you're eligible, you'll see the Deposit checks option when you click on Get Money.
