I have been struggling with bank transactions for months. Last year, I could not update my account because my bank said they were no longer supporting QB connection. Long story short, I tried again in April to connect the bank to QB and it worked, but only for about a month. On May 5th of this year, the bank account stopped working and I now get error 105 every time. I would really like to know how to fix this or if there is something QB can do. I have tried all avenues that I can think of. Waiting for it to fix itself is not an option. I have attached a screenshot to show the issues.
I'm here to help you get past the issue, C_Heath-Veik.
Error 105 usually means there may be an issue on your bank's end. It can stop the bank feeds to work. We have different steps to fix it.
First, we'll have to update the bank manually. It refreshes the connection between QuickBooks Online and your bank. Here's how:
Next, let's check your bank's website. We'll have to look for any messages or alerts that will tell us if something isn't working.
However, if you're still encountering the same message after trying the recommended steps, I suggest reaching out to our customer care support. This way, an agent can take a better look at it.
The Community is available 24/7. Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have other concerns. We're around to help you.
As another option, utilize the trial version of SlickConnect to isolate the issue.

I've done all this numerous times. I will have to speak with someone but have to find the time to do so.
I also like online banking, but maybe it's time for you to move on because your bank already said they wouldn't support QB anymore... You may upload trasactions.
