Let me make it up to you by ensuring you're able to resolve the reconciliation differences.
You'll need to run Reconciliation Report to view previous reconciliations to see if everything has balanced out, as well as see what transactions were recorded.
Here's how to run the report:
- Go to Reports.
- Type Reconciliation Report in the Find report by name search bar.
- Select Reconciliation Reports.
- Choose the Account for the reconciliation report you want to view.
- From the Report period drop-down arrow, pick the reconcile period.
- Hit View Report.
