At present, the status of the banking updates investigation is still in progress. I recommend contacting our Banking Support to add you to the list of affected users and to determine the main root of the issue, as they have the tools to pull up your account in a safe environment and will give you a fix. Once added, you will receive email notifications for every update.

In the meantime, you may download the transaction from your bank and manually import it into QuickBooks to continue managing your taxes. Here is a step-by-step guide on manually importing the transaction.
