No transactions have downloaded from my bank accounts since 11/19/2021. Today is 11/22/2021. I pushed the "Update" button and it says I have reviewed all my transactions. I know I have a ton of transactions that have not downloaded and transferred to Quickbooks. I have spent hours with both the bank and Quickbooks customer service. I have deactivated my bank accounts from Quickbooks and added back the bank links and they are still not syncing and not downloading any transactions. HELP Please.

Hi there, ginanguyendenton.
I appreciate the things you've done. I know how this process takes time when you're unable to download bank transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO). We'd want to make sure that we get this sorted out.
To start, I recommend updating your bank manually in the system to refresh its connection.
To do that:
If the issue still persists, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a browser-specific issue.
Access your QBO account in a private window. This allows the program to run without storing cache or cookies that might cause some problems when running Intuit sites.
Here are some of keyboard shortcuts to quickly open an incognito session:
Once done, go back to your account and click the Update button. If this works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. This will refresh the background process of your browser settings. But, if the same thing happens, use another supported browser.
You can also use this link in case you've encountered bank errors, jump to "Step 4: Fix specific bank errors.": What to do if you see a bank error or bank transactions won’t download.

I have had the same problem for over a month. Since 5/6/22 (now 6/12/22), no transactions have downloaded. I have called QB customer service multiple times... the customer service reps, while extremely friendly and sympathetic, can't provide anything more than "an investigation is open and our software development team is working on it." More than a month and no resolution.
Utilize the trial version of MT Online to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.

This isn't the experience that we want you to have, @john312.
I'd like to share some insights and a workaround for the bank feeds issue.
Based on your scenario, we'll also communicate with your bank regarding it to make sure there's no problem on their end. Right now, we assure you that our engineers are already keeping an eye on it.
In the meantime, I recommend uploading your bank transactions manually in QuickBooks Online. I'll show you how:
