Can i auto upload from airbnb?

Let me share details about uploading transactions from Airbnb to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), @jdaleysc1.

Currently, automatically uploading transactions from Airbnb to QBSE isn't an option. However, you can connect the bank account that's associated with your Airbnb. Then, the system automatically downloads them for you.

To connect using a web browser, here's how:

1. Select the Profile or Gear icon.
2. Choose Bank accounts.
3. In the search box, enter the name or URL of your bank. Then select Continue. If you've already connected an account before, select Connect another. 
4. Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
5. When you’re ready, select Connect securely.

Once connected, your most recent Airbnb transactions are downloaded, and QuickBooks categorizes them for you. Then, to ensure they're organized, you can also review them from the Transactions menu. QBSE is a stand alone product. Consider switching to QB Online and having 2 additional apps to integrate Ainbnb and QB online.

Is there a way to import AirBnb's CSV file (properly formatted) into QBO without paying an additional subscription (such as the $30 to $50 price for bnbtally)?  I need more than just a deposit column - I need the breakdown that a bank statement doesn't show.

Yes, there's a way you can bring the CSV file into QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Let me guide you with these steps:

1. From the Gear icon, select Imports.
2. Select Import transactions.
3. Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.
4. Select Import.

Once done,  review and categorize your transactions to put them in your accounts.
