Can I cancel my account today then reopen it next month?

Hello, @wjames51.

 

You can cancel your account in a few easy steps and reopen it by resubscribing.

 

To cancel the account:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon () and select Account and Settings.
  2. Click the Billing and subscription tab and choose Cancel subscription
  3. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again. 
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions. 
  5. Click Submit and cancel subscription and then Got it.

You can reopen the account by resubscribing. To do it, login to your account and then go to the Gear icon () at the top.

 

  1. Log in to your account and proceed to the Gear icon () and go to Account and Settings
  2. Click the Billing & Subscription tab and then hit the Resubscribe button.
  3. Update all the necessary information. 
  4. Select Subscribe.
