I’ve met all requirements and still don’t have the option for check deposits which is not good when I have clients that pay with checks and I can’t deposit them into my business checking account.
Thanks for the prompt response, TwistedPrints3D. Let me share some information and the requirements to help you deposit checks using your mobile device.
As mentioned by my peers above, the mobile check deposit feature is now available and subject to eligibility criteria. The requirements for this feature include that your QuickBooks Checking or Money by QuickBooks account needs to be active and in good condition.
To further check if you have met the requirements, I suggest reaching out to our Payments Support Team. We’ll have to review your QuickBooks Checking account setup. The process requires us to open your account, which I’m unable to perform here in the Community since this is a public forum and for security reasons.
One of our experts has the tools to pull up your account securely and verify if you're qualified for this feature. They can also provide some information on other alternative options if necessary. Thank you. Unfortunately, I did already connect with a human and was told they don’t have access to the qualifications for mobile deposit or what “good standing” means. There has to be someone at Quickbooks that has this information, right?
