Can I turn this off? When Home Depot downloads it is just auto expensing the transactions. I have to go back in and find the transaction to charge it to the customer.

Good day, benchmarkent.

Thanks for checking out the Community space.

If you're using a bank rule to automatically categorize your Home Depot transactions, you can go to the Rules tab to turn it off. I'll be glad to guide you how:

  1. Select Banking or Transactions from the sidebar menu.
  2. Head to the Rules tab.
  3. Locate the rule you've applied for your Home Depot transactions.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow in the Action column, choose Disable.

With QuickBooks Online, you can also set up the auto-add feature to automatically accept transactions from the Banking page into your books. In addition, I recommend reading these articles to help manage your downloaded online banking transactions:

You can always find me here if you need help accomplishing your tasks in the program. Take care and have a good one.

Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the issue in your Home Depot transactions. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.

Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
