I've been working with Mavenlink since May 2021, and still working with them to resolve this issue (my latest email was today), and they are saying it's an issue with QBO not sending the information over to Mavenlink and I need to reach out to QuickBooks Online. I want to avoid calling just the QBO general customer service because they won't be able to help me. Is there QBO integration specialist I can talk to?

I've checked our records and didn't find any reported issues regarding the Mavenlink data integration. While we're unable to route you to a specific department, our specialists are trained to help you out with your concerns. They can also reach out to our engineers for further investigation.
