Join nowWhen i try to set up my bank to receive bank feeds, it takes me to QBs browser to access my bank. However, my bank recently updated their website and i think the QB browser is not updated to accept my banks webpage. I added a screenshot and this is as far as it gets.
Thanks for coming to the Community for your banking concern, @coachalex. Currently, QuickBooks Desktop works with Internet Explorer (IE) as its browser for Direct Connect in online banking.
It looks like your financial institution isn't supporting IE 11 or older. I'd recommend contacting them on the number they provided on your screenshot to confirm.
You also want to confirm if your bank offers Web Connect so you can use the Web Connect (.QBO) files instead. These are online banking transactions from your bank's website downloaded to your computer. Then, import the transactions to make it available in your Bank Feeds.
Here's how:
Click Continue. You'll see a dialog box telling you that the data has been successfully read into QuickBooks. Select OK., then go to the Bank Feeds Center to review your transactions.

The QuickBooks support is not really helpful.
