Your QuickBooks bank balance is the total of all transactions that you've added or matched to QuickBooks. While your bank balance is your actual bank balance from the last bank feed update. Here are the lists of possible reasons:
New transactions for a connected account.
Edited or deleted transactions.
Card (liability) account.
To fix your QuickBooks Balance, you'll want to review your downloaded bank transactions and put them in the correct accounts. Here's how:
Go to Banking, then select the Banking tab.
Pick the CN Bank account.
Select the For Review tab to start your review.
Click each transaction that you'll have to Add or Match.
