Has anyone had luck connecting the "Quickbooks Cash Account" to PayPal?

Can you tell us if you're getting an error when connecting QuickBooks Cash and PayPal? Other customers are able to sync them together.
Just make sure that PayPal is already added in QBO as a bank before connecting the two programs. Check out the Differences between Connect to PayPal app, Sync with PayPal app, and PayPal Bank Feeds to learn the 3 different ways to connect PayPal.

After that, QuickBooks will send two small deposits to your PayPal account within the next 3 days. After receivingt the confirmation email, go back to QuickBooks to verify the transactions. Here's how:

I have Quickbooks and PayPal connected as far as Quickbooks recording my PayPal transactions. There is no option for adding PayPal as a bank in the "Transfer Money" tab. When I go to PayPal and try to "Link a Bank", I get an error that says "PayPal cannot add bank at this time".
I'd like to make sure that you'll be able to add PayPal as a bank in the Transfer Money tab in QuickBooks Online, @usershane1.
To help determine why PayPal isn't showing as a bank when transferring funds to your cash account, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to help check if the PayPal account was added as a linked account correctly and apply a resolution.
