Deposit not showing in bank account

Welcome to the Community, @cghill1221-aol-c.

Let me share two possible scenarios and help you show the deposit in your bank account.

If you're referring to the deposit of your customer payments, it'll depend on the deposit speed on the product you're using. To check your deposit speed, please follow the detailed steps below:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Payments tab.
  3. Then, review the Deposit Speed section.1.PNG

You can check out this article for more information: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

However, if you're referring to the bank deposits that aren't showing on your Banking page, I suggest running a manual update. This way, it'll refresh the connection and loads new data from your bank.

Here's how:

  1. Click Banking from the left menu.
  2. Choose the appropriate bank account you're working with.
  3. Hit Update.2.PNG
  4. If prompted, enter your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and click Continue Update.

I'm adding this article for more details: What to do if you see a bank error or bank transactions won’t download.
