Buy nowHi there, Eric.
In QuickBooks Online, pending transactions typically do not affect your available balance until they are cleared.
This means that the available balance you see in QuickBooks Online should not include pending transactions. However, it's important to keep in mind that this can vary based on your specific bank's policies. If you're seeing duplicate pending transactions in QuickBooks Online, it's advisable to review these entries to ensure the accuracy of your financial records.
Moreover, I'll be sharing this link to help ensure each transaction is correctly allocated to the appropriate account within QuickBooks Online: Categorize online bank transactions in QBO. By following the guidelines outlined in the article, you can maintain accurate and organized financial records.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. I want to ensure that your account balance accurately reflects your financial activity.
This is in the QuickBooks checking account. Do you know where I would find this info?
Thank you for re-engaging, Eric.

i can find all the transactions, i was just wondering if all the pending transactions count against my available balance. I have $1500 worth of pending repeat transactions
I appreciate you for getting back to us, Eric.
I'm here to clarify whether pending transactions can impact your bank balance.
The entries in the For Review tab don't affect the bank's balance. If these duplicate transactions are invalid, you can exclude and delete them. Before doing so, you may refer to your bank statement to check and review the transactions.
From there, you can exclude them.
Moreover, I've added this article as your guide in ensuring your bank transactions match your credit card statements: Categorize transactions.
I'm always around whenever you have banking concerns.
I don't know if you all are understanding me. On the transactions page, i click "Quickbooks Checking Account" link on that page, where it shows my bank account number and has the option to add money/send money/view card/manage, i have a list of transactions for only QB checking account. I believe this is the only banking page i have access to for QB checking. i do not know where to get a statement. I can do nothing with these transaction entries because they are raw bank details. These are the ones i am wondering about. Perhaps there is a number to speak to the QB bank? green dot?
Allow me to guide you on where to get statements, eric.
