Intuit deposits most card and ACH payments the next day. If you process a customer payment before 3 PM PT, it will be sent to your account the next business day. In the event you process payments after 3 PM PT, they'll be deposited in two business days.
For new QuickBooks Payments accounts, any ACH payments you process will take longer to deposit during your first month. You'll receive payments within 5 days for the first 1 to 4 weeks. Once this process is complete, you'll receive an email from Intuit about it.
You can check the status of batches in QuickBooks Online.
Here's how:
Successful deposits will say Funded in their Status column. If there's an issue with one, you'll see a Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned notice in its Status column. You can use your Drop-Down Arrow (▼) icon in the Fee column to review details about what's going on with your funds.
Intuit also sends emails when funds are held for reviews or a deposit is rejected from a bank. Be sure to check your email for any notifications, as these emails will go over what you need to do.
In the event a batch says it was deposited for its status, your funds are on their way. Keep in mind, some financial institutions hold funds after Intuit sends them. If this occurs, you'll need to work with your bank if they require additional steps.
You also have the option of getting in touch with our Customer Care team to discuss the status of deposits. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and conduct further research with you.
Here's how:
Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
I've also included a detailed resource about funding timeframes which may come in handy moving forward: Find out when Intuit deposits customer payments
