If your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is less than 60 days old, you can manually delete it by changing the last word of your accounts' URL to purge company.
For example: from https://c43.qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage to https://c43.qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany.
On the other hand, if it's already beyond that, you'll need to cancel it. Your QBO will automatically be deleted after a year of cancellation (for paid subscription) and after 90 days for the trial account.
