Does QB Online allow you to have 2 different CC numbers under the same bank reconciliation. Both of our owners have separate cards that are under the same cc account.

You'll want to add the other credit card (CC) account as a sub-account. This way, you'll have 2 different CC numbers under the same bank. I'd be glad to walk you through the steps. Here's how:

First, let's create a credit card parent account:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Go to the Accounting menu.
3. Select the Chart of Accounts tab.
4. Click New.
5. Fill in the necessary fields, then click Save and close.

Next, let's set up the other credit card account as sub-accounts:

1. On the Chart of Accounts page, look for the credit card account.
2. Click the View register drop-down arrow, then select Edit.
3. Tick the Is sub-account box, then select the parent account. 
4. Click Save and Close.
