Download app option is not under settings.

I am in QuicksBooks Online and see my data. I want to download the app like my work computer has, but there is no option to do under Settings.

I can't find it under settings either.  I already have it downloaded but it won't work.  When I sign into my account online, my customized shortcuts are not there.  It takes time and effort to set this up they way it works easiest for you.  Why won't the app I already have down loaded open?  Why aren't my customized shortcuts on the sidebar list when I sign in the long way on line?

QB on line is a very frustrating program to use.  QB desktop was easy and intuitive.  Why can't the online version be like the desktop version.

The Get the desktop app button is available in QuickBooks Online Advanced and QuickBooks Accountant versions. If you want to use the desktop app, you may upgrade your edition to Advanced. You can check this article for the detailed steps of the process: Upgrade or downgrade your QuickBooks Online edition.
