error connecting chase bank feeds OLSU 1013

Hello all.

 

I cannot seem to connect my chase accounts to the bank feeds.  Once i get to the login screen for chase through quickbooks, it gives me an error and says there is a problem with the bank/my sign in and gives error code OLSU 1013.

 

Any way to fix this?

 

I believe chase doesn't want me to use internet explorer to log in but that what quickbooks uses so im not sure how to fix this.

There are a few reasons why you're getting this error when connecting your bank to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). Among these are:

 

  • There’s a problem with your bank.
  • There’s a problem with your Internet connection.
  • There’s a problem with one or more bank accounts in your company file.
  • The file from your bank isn’t compatible with QuickBooks.
  • You’re using an outdated version of Internet Explorer.

 

To fix this, let's begin by checking your internet security requirements. To secure your data when connecting to your bank, Internet Explorer and QBDT use the TLS 1.2 security protocol.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open your Internet Explorer, then go to the Tools (Gear icon).
  2. Select Internet options.
  3. Click Advanced, and scroll down to the Security section.
  4. See if you have TLS 1.2 checked. If not, select the box to turn it on.
  5. Select OK.
  6. Exit all open applications on your computer.

 

Restart your computer, then try to connect your bank again to double-check.
