So are you saying no changes were done on QuickBooks end and this requirement is from my bank? It was working fine and let me pull in my updates without any manual intervention until about a month ago. I have to verify via a phone token each time I want to pull in my updates into QuickBooks and it is less than ideal.

Edit sign-in info button didn't take me anywhere. It never said Save And Connect.

This might be the reason why you're unable to see the Connect and Save button when the Edit sign-in info button is clicked. If it worked, I recommend clearing the cache of your original browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. Another option is to use a compatible browser in QBO.
