Fix my bank connection

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @chris198032-yaho.

May I know what specific bank you're having an issue within QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE)? Any additional information will help me provide the best resolution for your concern.

In the meantime, try signing into your QBSE using a private browse (incognito). This will help us check if this is a browser-related issue.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

Once logged in, try to manually update your bank. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Bank Accounts.
  2. Tap the Refresh all button.

If it works, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

Just in case, I also suggest checking out this article to learn more about the common banking errors and troubleshooting for QBSE: Common Online Banking Errors.

Please leave a comment below if you have any other issues or concerns, and I'll get back to you as quickly as possible. Take care and have a wonderful day!
