Getting an account to show up on bank transactions page

To have the credit card show as a tile on the banking page, you'll need to connect the account to QBO: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

• Where do you get stuck when trying to connect this card back on to QBO or are you receiving an error message?

Well, two people at QBO couldn't get it.

Citi Business AAdvantage

When I link i get an error saying inforamtion does not match, then when I click log onto Citi it works.  Won't ever connect.  Then one time it asked for a Business Code.  I called Citi and jumped through hoops and got that but still won't connect.  At this point I don't even care if it connnects if it would at least show on banking transactions.  Would love for it to connect though.

I read that Citi chaged something and that's the issue.  On my Citi account it shows QBO app has access.

3.5 hours on chat with two different QBO people and no one can get it linked.  On my Citi accounts it show QBO app as having access.  At one point it said we needed a business code and I got that form Citi and still won't work.  

When we link it says the information does not match and then to log on.  I log on just fine.
