I want to ensure your concern about the payment denied gets resolved.
Are you referring to your QuickBooks Online subscription? If so, you can update your billing information to change your card. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Choose Subscriptions and billing.
- Click the Billing details tab.
- Select Edit billing information and update your payment info.
Once your card information is updated, QuickBooks will process the payment again.
However, if your customer's card payment was denied due to a cancelled card, you can coordinate with them to update their card information when making online payments.
