Hi there, ig-diesel1012.
If a deposit is on hold, it means that QuickBooks is reviewing a payment you've received for your business to ensure that all transactions are legitimate and to prevent fraudulent activity.
To resolve this issue, I suggest reviewing your email inbox, including your spam or junk folders, for messages from QuickBooks Payments. These emails contain guidelines or requests for additional details if there’s a problem with the payment.
For more information and guidance, you may refer to this article to learn about funds on hold.
If it has been more than two days with no update on the status of your funds, I recommend contacting the Live Support team for further assistance.
Here's how to contact support:
- Go to the Help icon on the top menu.
- Select the Search tab and enter your concern. For instance, enter help.
- Click the Contact Us button and choose between Chat or Callback to connect with us.
Phone support is available on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You can request a callback during weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and a support expert will contact you as soon as possible. Chat support is available weekdays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and weekends from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
