In QuickBooks Online, you can import information using CSV, XLS/XLSX, and Google Sheets file formats. Please note that importing IIF files is currently not supported.
Alternatively, you can use a third-party importer tool available in the QuickBooks App Market or the Apps menu in your QBO account to import IIF files. Let me guide you on how:

What's the IIF file? I'm trying to import QBO files. How can I get TransactionPro to import QBO given that my desktop version is now unsupported?
You can use the trial version of QB Desktop 2022 Enterprise to import *.qbo files. Otherwise, use TP Importer with your QB Desktop 2021. It's a $199 one time license + you can get $100 cashback to purchase it through a partner.

If you are looking for an app that does not need you to edit the IIF in Notepad first. You should look at Axis Online it can take IIF files and upload and import those directly into your QuickBooks Online Company file.
You can use one of the easy to use IIF templates with pre-configured maps making it even easier to get your transaction or list data directly into QuickBooks Online.
